These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Sakti26 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of the sakti26 platform, accessible at sakti26.cam, including all associated services, games, payment facilities, promotions, and support functions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the sakti26 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the sakti26 platform is conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Sakti26 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account registrations and wager placements. This requirement applies regardless of local legal age thresholds.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by Sakti26 for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a Sakti26 employee or associated third-party service provider.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on the sakti26 platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under alternative identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

4.2 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during account registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly notify Sakti26 of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sakti26 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification. Sakti26 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address where required. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account.

4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the account holder. Accounts inactive for thirty-six (36) months may be closed at Sakti26's discretion following reasonable notice.

5.1 Supported Methods. Sakti26 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your account dashboard. Sakti26 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transactions are typically credited to your account in real time. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15–45 minutes.

5.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Sakti26 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments not belonging to the account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the sakti26 platform are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion fees are charged by Sakti26 for MYR-denominated transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw funds from your account, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds; (c) not be subject to any active self-exclusion, account freeze, or compliance hold; and (d) be withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Processing Times. Sakti26 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes from approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes from approval; direct bank wire transfer — 15 to 60 minutes from approval during standard banking hours. These timeframes are targets and may vary during periods of high transaction volume, bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your account. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and will be communicated to you on the platform.

6.4 Verification Requirement. Sakti26 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced KYC documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds declarations. This requirement is applied in accordance with our compliance obligations and is not indicative of any finding against the account holder.

6.5 Return to Payment Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, Sakti26 will process the withdrawal via an alternative method agreed with you.

7.1 General Application. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by sakti26 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. The terms set out in this section apply to all promotions except where the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "rollover multiplier") before any portion of the balance may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover requires RM2,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. Bonus funds are used before real-money balances in all betting transactions.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%; virtual sports and instant games may vary. Exact contribution rates for specific promotions are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

7.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. During any period in which bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is limited as specified in the applicable promotion terms (typically MYR 20–50 per bet). Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings without notice.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry window as stated in the promotion terms, commencing from the date the bonus is credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.6 Abuse Prevention. Sakti26 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or utilised in a manner inconsistent with legitimate play, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear rollover without genuine play, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players to achieve guaranteed outcomes.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the sakti26 platform is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict specifically relates to game mechanics, in which case the game rules shall apply.

8.2 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events are offered subject to availability. Sakti26 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend any market in the event of data feed errors, event postponements, late scoreline corrections, or circumstances rendering the original market invalid.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game error, disconnection, or server malfunction during an active wager, the round will be settled according to the last valid game state recorded in Sakti26's server logs. Where the valid game state cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Account.

8.4 Void Bets. Sakti26 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error, system error, or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the Account. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid out.

8.5 RNG Certification. All games utilising a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Certification details are available upon written request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sakti26 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any act of fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, misrepresentation of identity, or submission of falsified KYC documents.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of illegal activity. Sakti26 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports markets.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to extract financial benefit from the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to your account.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or play on the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any individual under 21.

All content on the sakti26 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, audio, and interface design — is the proprietary property of Sakti26 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or reverse-engineered without the express prior written consent of Sakti26. Unauthorised reproduction or use of Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11.1 The sakti26 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sakti26 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 Sakti26 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) system downtime, maintenance, or technical disruption; (c) delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers; (d) acts or omissions of third-party game studios or data feed providers; or (e) force majeure events beyond Sakti26's reasonable control.

11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sakti26's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits credited to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit Sakti26's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Sakti26 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for the majority of our players, can cause harm when it becomes problematic or compulsive.

12.1 Age Restriction. Access to all gaming and betting features is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Sakti26 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to conduct identity checks at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

12.2 Player Protection Tools. All registered account holders have access to the following responsible gambling tools via their account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — restricts the total amount you may deposit within the selected period.
• Loss limits — restricts the total amount you may lose within a defined period.

13.1 Suspension by Sakti26. Sakti26 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is subject to a dispute, investigation, or legal proceeding; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; or (d) your account shows patterns consistent with fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.

13.2 Closure of Account by Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and any funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Termination for Breach. Where Sakti26 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct, Sakti26 reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses and costs incurred, subject to applicable law.

13.4 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of your account, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Platform. Data retention obligations will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and Sakti26.

14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitral award will be final and binding.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.

Sakti26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
